Heidi is a Board Certified Behavior Analysts who has been working with children with autism since 1999. Heidi has worked with children with autism in household, community and school settings. Her classroom experience includes four years as a Special Education Teaching Assistant in the West Vancouver public schools, where she supported children with autism in one-to-one teaching situations. She began working with O.R.L. in June 2003 as a lead therapist for several Vancouver, British Columbia clients and joined O.R.L.'s staff as a Program Manager in January of 2004. She has presented at local conferences and provided training for in-home therapists.

Heidi is a full member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International, the Standard Celeration Society, and the BC Chapter of the Association for Behavior Analysis. Heidi currently sits on the conference committee for the BC Chapter of the Association for Behavior Analysis.
